Advance notice of Annual General Meeting

Please note that the Annual General Meeting is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, 8 September at The Newton Arms from 7:30pm.

An agenda will be published shortly and you are requested to send in your AOB items by midnight on Monday. This is also true for written nominations (proposals and secoders please) for the positions of office within the committee. Nominations can still be taken up the start of the AGM. Of particular concern to the committee is the position of Treasurer and suitable candidates are being actively sought for the role.

All eligible members of the club (e.g. a parent or guardian of a registered player - both may attend but only one may vote) are welome.

A meeting of the newly elected committee will follow the AGM.
